Directions:

From out of town:
Enter Telluride on Highway 145 and in round-about, take 1st exit onto Mahoney Drive. Drive three blocks, and then take left onto West Pacific Avenue. You will immediately see our building, Cimarron Lodge, on your right. After you have passed the building, make a right into Carhenge Parking lot. Take the path between the building and the mountain (lift 7), Peak Performance is in a unit on the first floor, closest to the parking lot.

From in town:
Follow Colorado Avenue (Main Street) west to the round-about, follow about directions.

General Location:
Peak Performance Therapy is located on the west end of Telluride in Cimarron Lodge, in between lift 7 and the river.
