Enter Telluride on Highway 145 and in the roundabout go straight and stay on Colorado Avenue (Main St.). Drive four blocks until you pass Aspen Street. Peak Performance is on the right, or south side, in the first commercial block of Colorado Avenue. We are located in the Elk's Building across from the historic county courthouse. Enter into the brick breezeway of the Elk's Building and proceed to the second floor via the stairs or elevator. Peak Performance Therapy is located on the west side of the second floor landing.

From in town:
Peak Performance is located on the south side of Colorado Avenue (Main street) in the Elk's building between Aspen and Oak Streets, across from the historic county courthouse. Enter into the brick breezeway of the Elk's Building and proceed to the second floor via the stairs or elevator. Peak Performance Therapy is located on the west side of the second floor landing.
